returns & refunds
crafted pieces are made to last, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
to be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and details on how to send your piece back.
items sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

damages & issues
please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if something has arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. we’ll make it right.
exceptions
we’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
exchanges
if you’d like to exchange an item, the simplest way is to return it and make a new purchase once your return has been approved.
refunds
once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
please note that banks and card providers may take a little longer to post the refund.
